I love that logrocket lets me easily scroll through a session, automatically can skip 'idle' time, and most importantly export specific timestamps/points within a session to links that I can share with other teams. I like that i can see the sessions and codes that go with it, when there is an issue with pieces of the application i can see the code that is causing the issues as well as what the customer see's giving me insight into the issue and the ability to send the information to the dev team for resolution. I find it very helpful to see what exactly the client saw - whether it's error messages, different UI/UX than expected due to varying operating environments, and just generally using the tool to get client insights. What do you like best about LogRocket? Searching for members base don email addresses is super easy and simple. You are able to filter and sort through your data quickly and with simple clicks. "Great for session replay, error logging"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I like how easy it is to find a particular session and replay it. One thing I really like is how I can build and save segments so I can quickly find the one I'm interested in reviewing. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Having to upgrade to have more than 30day historical data. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a quick and easy point of reference if I want to find out exactly what the user saw.
