"Very useful tool"

What do you like best about LogRocket? We use LogRocket for our internal ERP platform to help identify bugs when they happen and provide as much information to our developers as possible. Sometimes it's really hard to tell if an issue was a bug or user error and with LogRocket we can always rewind and find out exactly what happened as well as provide those replays to our developers. We use Session Replay the most - this is extremely useful for us post-launch of a particular product as we can see real-time user journeys and iterate as necessary.We also use LogRocket extensively in troubleshooting since we can identify a specific user and see what's gone wrong for that one person. What do you like best about LogRocket? Session replays is incredible, it allows me to understand any frustrations our users have with our UX What do you dislike about LogRocket? Alerting can be quite tricky to use for a less techie persona. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? For us it really solved out UX issues. What do you like best about LogRocket? I'm a developer, it's kinda rare to find user reporting bugs on our system. Although bug is a common issue. So having the ability to debug a bug remotely really helps us as a developer. What do you dislike about LogRocket?
