I love the ability to see what users are doing and having the flexibility to dig into the dom of their actual experience so that I can understand why issues might exist. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I wish that session data was more expansive and that the tools for filtering were a bit heftier. What do you like best about LogRocket? Speeds up troubleshooting considerably. . What do you dislike about LogRocket? Filters can be tricky if you're looking for something specific. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Working in support, the most useful feature is definitely session replay. Customers can be quite vague about the issues they are facing so it helps us replicate the issues in an easier and faster way.
