"It does exactly what I was looking for"

What do you like best about LogRocket? It does well exactly what it's supposed to be doing - session replay. UI/UX is very intuitive and all surrounding features are helpful without adding unnecessary complexity. I've never user other session replay software so it's hard to compare but I've also never had any issues with LogRocket so I don't see reasons to ever switch if they keep it up. What do you like best about LogRocket? It is good for 1. Logging 2. Debugging 3. Analytics 4. Understanding user behavior and actions What do you dislike about LogRocket? No such downsides but the react native sdk can have better recordings. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Debugging and problem solving along with knowing the user behavior.

What do you like best about LogRocket? The full session replay is great, the ability to capture all users by identifier is helpful What do you dislike about LogRocket? Its expensive and even with the non pro version I struggle to filter and find specific events. Also I wish session replay had timestamps What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Its showing us exactly how the user is using our system and exactly how bugs are being caused
