What do you like best about LogRocket? This is a great tool for understanding user behaviour. It allows us to see how the user is actually behaving with our application, and that enables us to understand what part of the app users are using most, and which part requires much attention. What do you like best about LogRocket? The customer service is unmatched, the support team is always available to help willingly! What do you dislike about LogRocket? What do you like best about LogRocket? Easy way to view what a user is doing and diagnose the issue that may be occurring for them. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The new plan we are on seems to have less storage. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Users cannot always describe the issue they are having well. LogRocket allows us to view the user's session and identify areas we can improve the user experience or identify a bug.
