What do you like best about LogRocket? Session replay and the filters to find sessions are greeat. What do you dislike about LogRocket? It's a bit tricky to setup everything with respect to privacy for the end user. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about LogRocket? I love being able to understand our clients actions better, since oftentimes they say one thing, but they did something very different. It's also very convenient being able to view the logs at 2x, 4x, and 8x speed, as well as skip inactivity. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The tracking of time doesn't appear accurate. What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket allows you to looks back and find out what happened in any particular case. A customer may say that the system did something or a bug caused them to make a mistake in the system - looking back allows you to know the truth. What do you like best about LogRocket? Extremely easy setup. The session capture works as advertised with almost zero configuration. The session capture makes reproducing and diagnosing support issues a much easier task. What do you dislike about LogRocket? You have to be careful not to capture any sensitive data that you don't want to be logged; it's possible to disable capturing some data with custom code but it's easy to overlook. See where the customer is going, how and what they are doing with the mouse, and the ability to understand the "unexpected" without having to jump on a call with the customer. The user interface is super clean and intuitive, and its also really nice how much information they can include in a single page when analyzing a session, from device/browser information to logs being printed.
