"Easy to use"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I love how I can go in and see what a user was having trouble with just before they reported a problem. It's so easy when its integrated with Salesforce becasue it automatically gives me the LogRocket session that shows what the user was doing. "LogRocket works, but it has some minor flaws"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Simple stuff can be done easily and fast. Dashboards, funnels, live views, etc... Also, customer support is often helpful What do you dislike about LogRocket? LogRocket doesn't have the capabilities (yet) that are available in others monitoring tools. For example, nested objects can be set as properties of custom events (using the web sdk), filters are really basic, there is no log explorer tool (only live views explorer), etc... What do you like best about LogRocket? Very intuitive platform to review customer behavior. I'm on it on a daily basis, and fins it extremely valuable to identify issues that needs to be fixed, new things for the platform and generally understand how usea use your product. What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to utilise user sessions to debug issues they may be experiencing. What do you like best about LogRocket? I've found full-session replay to be very helpful for knowing how your users interact with your product. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I think the price model could be improved, both for retaining users and to enhance their chances of new users/businesses getting to use the product.
