What do you like best about LogRocket? Session Replay is really helpful to track UX issues and the customer success dashboards are really useful too. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Feedback module is not in Pro plan, for now just that. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Is helping us get usage metrics and fix bugs and UX problems.

I want alerts for all types of issues. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Understanding how users interact as well as the ability to debug production issues.

"Incredibly high-leverage tool for finding bugs, usability issues and helping diagnose user issues."

What do you like best about LogRocket? Logrocket provides an absolutely fantastic (and very reasonably priced) session replay solution for our platform. It was incredibly easy to get setup in our React app, and the additional monitoring tools for redux and react are helpful for debugging of harder to catch user issues. Where we find it most useful is in quickly locating usability issues in new features, validating user behaviour in the platform and demystifying some of the more cryptic bug ...

"Great tool, useful, easy to navigate and intuitively"

What do you like best about LogRocket? It is very easy to use and intuitive, has a wide variety of filters that can be adjusted to my search for problems, and contains a lot of information in customer terms that cover much of what I need to know for analysis on a daily basis. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I won't find many descriptions of problems like error 500, especially using the web version of the application. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? -

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I love how I can go in and see what a user was having trouble with just before they reported a problem. It's so easy when its integrated with Salesforce becasue it automatically gives me the LogRocket session that shows what the user was doing. "LogRocket is really powerful and has given us so much insight into the way users use our app."

What do you like best about LogRocket? The fact that I can see everything a user has done including network requests and errors has made tracking bugs and user interactions so much easier. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I don't like the amount of time that Logrocket saves a session.
