"Fully featured with good pricing"

What do you like best about LogRocket? We replaced FullStory with LogRocket about a year ago and it's been great. The product itself is mature and well made, and the pricing scales with us as a business much better than FullStory. Highly recommend. What do you dislike about LogRocket? What do you like best about LogRocket? I love the ease of use of LogRocket and being able to find sessions from our customers quickly and efficiently. I use LogRocket every day for different needs, but mostly for reviewing submitted defects and figuring out click paths to recreate the issue. "User Friendly Interface & Quality Playback"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I have always enjoyed the playback user session features. What I love more now is that I can set up Definitions to more quickly playback sessions that relate to a particular page, button, workflow, etc. It helps capture all of the sessions that relate to that defition and then start the playback session around that occurance. What do you like best about LogRocket? See user experience in real-time. You can almost watch the decision-making process that a user is going through. Fantastic insights. I use this product every day. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Easy to see what the user is doing. You can even see activity i multiple tabs. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? User experience. Flow and obstacles. I can see what the users see.
