What do you like best about LogRocket? The best part about LogRocket is the ability to playback a recording of a user's session on your website. We've been able to see how exactly users are interacting with the page, and have already made changes to improve their experience. What do you like best about LogRocket? I love being able to replay the exact session that caused a user to submit a bug or enhancement request. The ability to record and tag user interactions with a high degree of detail makes finding and tracking specific user issues, edge cases and ux problems a much more streamlined process. What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to watch our customers work against our product. There is so much you can really understand about how your customers work without being able to "look over their shoulder" as they interface with your web application. What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket will integrate with other monitoring tools very well. We use Sentry, but it has lots of other integrations possible. My favourite feature has to be the developer view which allows you to see network requests. Being able to validate whether the API request is failing, or something is happening on on the request for certain users has allowed us to find some very obscure bugs! What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to actually see how users encounter errors in your live app. Capturing live errors. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Additional features for hot spots would be best. Capturing sessions even when over limit would be great so that when upgrading the sessions are still there (FullStory does this and it was helpful).
