What do you like best about LogRocket? Easy to install, intuitive, customizable, and helps to identify and see problems before they become problems. What do you dislike about LogRocket? What do you like best about LogRocket? I like how easy is to filter the info Im interested in What do you dislike about LogRocket? I do not like not being able to download the emails from the users I'm interested in. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm trying to better the UX in my current platform. It had become almost a daily routine to watch a couple of videos and I realize it helps me repot bugs even when the bugs are not obvious enough.

"Awesome for troubleshooting, weighs down performance"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I love being able to see how customers interact with out product. I love being able to see how much time a customer spends in one area of the site or one section of content. You can almost feel their hesitation or excitement. What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket really helped us to track down bugs happening in production. We were able to see the whole user flow including api responses that the users received so that we could reproduce a specific scenario. We even saw what users they thought to be a button, so they would click it repeatedly. We would never have known to improve that otherwise. It has a lot of great features. "LogRocket is game changer, we have visibility to solve customer issue, we never had before"

What do you like best about LogRocket? It's very easy to install, our developers love being able to see bugs right away, watch customer experience, and solve the problem. Session replay is helpful for understanding what a user did to trigger an issue, you can see a bug happen on the screen, also, allow going live if the user is currently using the application. "Simple, intuitive, and powerful"

What do you like best about LogRocket? The variety of filters available in the search function. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Not much to dislike, but perhaps have the sessions open in new tabs automatically. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to see the customer's interactions all the way to checkout has helped us recognize improvements that could be made to their journey.
