What do you like best about LogRocket? My absolute favorite is the automatic screen capture. It lets me see how the user is experiencing our site and it takes all the guesswork out of the equation. For QA and development, it's really useful to be able to link to a LogRocket session (and a specific timecode) rather than, for example, take the time to list "steps to replicate." What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket gives us great insights into our customer usage as we can clearly see what tasks they are doing and what they struggle with. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The UI of the tool isn't great as it just lists the sessions with newest first and allows you to filter. What do you like best about LogRocket? Sessions recordings! - to see what an actual user did is really an eye-opener. I can see all the actions and the console errors, really nice to debug an app. Sometimes specific users have errors very tough to debug but that is the door to a larger issue, this way we can track exactly what was wrong. What do you like best about LogRocket? It's being able to review and validate customer logs and sessions. It's super helpful when we need to gain insight into what really happened at the time an issue or error occurred. What do you dislike about LogRocket? What do you like best about LogRocket? Captures everything, including console logs and network requests. Very well designed filtering system. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Never quite managed to configure my alerts how I wanted them. No API to extract data. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? LogRocket means you don't have to ask users to open their console to help you debug their issues.
