What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to gain insight into whats happening on the client in general and for troubleshooting specific user reported issues. What do you dislike about LogRocket? There isn't anything I dislike about LogRocket What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Improving client-side stability.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Visibility into what is going on with my users. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I haven't found anything that I dislike about it. We are launching a new product soon and I will be putting it through the paces more. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Hard to replicate bugs, user behavior.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Provides us real-time playback to debug errors and follow the exact path users took to get there. What do you dislike about LogRocket? We would rather have more sessions that store for shorter periods. We use the system primarily for debugging. Thirty days of retention is pretty useless for us, but we have many sessions that we'd like to have recorded. So we end up having to pay for a plan that is more than we want to spend. LogRocket makes us able to see exactly where a customer clicked in a scrubbable timeline and view the detailed console logs and network requests at an exact point in time. Network traces help a lot as well in determining whether issues are FE or BE. Being able to filter sessions by various parameters also helps in finding the specific session that we need very quickly.
