What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket is easy to set up and very helpful for us in tracking front-end issues in Production. The session playback feature with console details is especially helpful. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Not much, it does what we need it to for our usage. What do you like best about LogRocket? I love how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. The 3-panel layout is my favorite. I can easily see what the client sees and the incoming/outgoing requests that were being made. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Some individual sessions were recorded abruptly. "Amazing way to actively monitor errors on your apps and it helps give live support to customers."

What do you like best about LogRocket? Best way to support our customers as we can easily monitor what's happening on their side. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Sometimes it's laggy, doesn't record some sessions, doesn't work well on mobile. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? With LogRocket we can easily have a clear understanding of an issue reported by a user.

I like the fact that LogRocket allows us to see how the user interacts with the software to get a better idea of how to redesign and design new features in the future. What do you dislike about LogRocket? It doesn't support canvas, and one of the most significant features of our product is related to a Mapbox canvas map.
