What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to find an exact users session recording makes debugging extremely easy. LogRocket's library makes setup a breeze and the Slack integration keeps our team agile and able to respond to bugs and issues before our users even know about them! "Great product that actually delivers."
What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket flat out works. I've used a few user session recorders and most others have uptime issues, are buggy, or my CSS doesn't load correctly and it's hard to see what users are seeing. I've never had any of those issues with LogRocket. It just always works. What do you dislike about LogRocket? If I had to find something, I'd say that sometimes I need to dig around a little bit in screens to find all the information I want about each session. The UI ...

"Logrocket is everything a product manager can wish for"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Sessions replays give you the idea of how your customers view, interact with and experience your product. The filters are handy to view particular feature sessions. The console logs have helped us debug several customer issues without getting on a call with them or asking for account credentials. What do you like best about LogRocket? Logrocket has proved to be invaluable for our team when it comes to debugging issues faced by our users. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I haven't had any issues with the service so far. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Logrocket is massively helpful for understanding how bugs have occured on our platform, as users usually do not give detailed enough feedback for debugging.

What do you like best about LogRocket? It's easy to fix any bugs occurring to our users. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The UI could have more features to make debugging easier. E.g. it could have a "copy as curl" or "copy as Node.js fetch" button on network requests. And it could have an option to jump to the current screenshot when a certain network request happened. "LogRocket has become an indispensable tool"
What do you like best about LogRocket? I love how LogRocket allows me to see the app from the perspective of the user. I get error info, redux store data, a timeline, pretty much everything I need to observe the app from the user's perspective. I also love how it's easy to integrate with my other tools, like Sentry. What do you like best about LogRocket? Learn from our user's behavior in order to improve our features What do you dislike about LogRocket? There are some missing sessions. This may be caused by any pop up blocker or something that is preventing log rocket from getting user's info What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? "What's not to love? 2x better than FullStory and 10x cheaper"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Session recordings are fantastic and easy to set up. Not only is it a great tool for testing teams, they also have fantastic views for developers as well. It's also very easy to set up a custom filter. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The standard error handling doesn't count network errors until you upgrade pricing tiers.
