Practically NO customer service. The platform looks nice, but it has little function and not even one person could answer an urgent support request after 3 days.

Great Platform

Would be great if they gave more flexibility to property owners on overriding info on what payments have been made by secondary means (ie amounts, payment methods, etc.) that are outside the primary payment gateway.That being said, they have been an incredibly responsive team and we appreciate their continued work to improve their platform.

Poor Customer Service & Guidance!!

Poor customer service & guidance on document needed to receive your payments!!! Have several thousands on hold due to documents, in which they keep giving me the run arounds every time I submit!! It has been almost a year and still no solution!!

What do you like best? I like what it promises: easy integration for AirBNB, property management, and your own booking website What do you dislike? Everything. I dislike everything. The calendar does not sync correctly with AirBNB and caused us multiple double booking, the back-end is clunky and hard to navigate, the "website" is slow and not user-friendly, the customer service is terrible, and getting paid is a nightmare. Lodgify is the perfect tool!

Lodgify is the perfect tool for my vacation house! The Lodgify staf is extremely helpful and very kind. Whatever question I have, they are always there to help me. I would definitely recommend Lodgify!
