I’ve used lodgify for a year to manage bookings on our Florida property.We have now sold the property and need to refund the deposits (held with lodgify payment provider payyo).One deposits the customer card has expired.Payyo won’t therefore refund.We have to bank transfer the customer the deposit, despite the fact that we don’t have the money from payyo, and won’t get the money from payyo until a week after the initial check in dates (may 2020). Apparently it’s too “risky” for payyo, ...

Undoubtedly the worst customer service…

Undoubtedly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You can never expect follow up from anyone (not even your account manager), and a "timely" response from them is several weeks plus. Not only were they unwilling to help us as customers, but after we cancelled our subscription, their system continued to send inaccurate email notifications to our customers. When I reached out to get help they told me they were unable to help since I no longer controlled the account. After they ...

I have used other vacation rental management software

I have used other vacation rental management software that was harder to flow through all of the different layers of the vacation rental management business. The canned response emails that are already inputted into the software is a major bonus because building those emails is time-consuming. Building seasons and rates is much easier and faster as well. I am very glad that I went with Lodgify!
