In general I am very pleased with the Lodgify software. It meets our rental business needs and is reasonably priced. I think there are some improvements which could be done in reporting and also integration with out booking sites. However, the developers are active and I am seeing new helpful features.

EDIT: in response to my review submission yesterday I got an abusive call from the senior sales manager Franklin Lacroix! It’s so bad it’s comical, literally abused me and hung up, thank you for proving me right about your customer service, or lack of it! I realised few things about lodgify
What do you like best? 1. It provides nearly everything that we need, to run an apartment house in the digital world. 2. The bestest feature is the integration that itnprovides with other renting platform. Most likely we use Airbnb. What do you dislike? 1. They are only good for emailing you everyday. Technical support does not have any knowledge to fix the problem.
