Thumbs up to the Lodgify client service and technical team!
I'm a new client and we are currently facing an unexpected low volume activity. Therefore, I cannot say anything regarding the efficiency of the syncronization tool. Neverthless, I would like to give a 10/10 to the whole Lodgify team regarding the setup of website and the integration of the booking platforms. They are friendly, patient, educational, efficient, quick, talented and well organized. Thumbs up to the client service and technical team!

Nice software but big room for improvement
Lodgify is a nice software. The interface is much nicer that many others. There is many clever and well thought-off things. But they are at least as many things that need improvement and i'm hoping that the COVID crisis will leave plenty of time to the developers to improve. I m putting a 5 starts review not because it is honestly worth it but because i don’t want to impact their rating. Zero customer service
Tried the trial could not get it working for even 1 day. An employee tried calling me then sent an email that she was trying to reach me. I tried her back almost a dozen times over 2 days. Nobody answers the sales line. Couldn't connect Airbnb account as message I got was to contact them in order to complete the process. I simply do not do business with companies that are unreachable by phone. Too bad, it looked like a cool software program.

Terrible buggy software - disgusting rude support
Terrible buggy software.. account manager will raise their voice and argue with you all day long ... when you report a bug/problem which is even verified by google they just use the deny, deny, deny tactic and ware you down! Absolutely disgusting company and product is extremely over priced.. expect frequent price increases ontop of that which they will justify by “new features” new features that dont work are full of bugs and have not been tested... this software will cost you money.. stay ...
