Awesome experience but a bit too expensive

I like your services but it's too expensive and your application on iOS could do with some help.

A guiding hand when life is full of twists and turns, when we see the signposts but are hesitant about which one to take

Live person has been the helping hand when life has seemed confusing, when I know my own inner knowing, but for some reason I am doubting it, when I need to have a sounding board and hear another's feedback, when life is feeling tough, but a friend is closer than I think, when I need to check in and receive a bit of direct or indirect guidance, when I can still trust my inner knowing, but receive a bit of supporting help, when I feel at a cross roads and need to look a little further down ...

Convenient and very helpful

I've found it excellent for discussing everyday problems that I'm not able to navigate thru myself.

It's like having a friend on the end of the phone any time day or night

My therapist is my friend in need

The therapist I use has became like my mom but with more psychological education and less fear and guilt. She has pulled me gently and judgementally through a few really tough times. She has become my friend and I trust her. The Chat system works well for me because I sometimes get nervous talking so openly about such raw issues face to face. Its a perfect buffer for me. It provides people with counseling on numerous topics with the ability of being anonymous. You are able to speak freely.

I like Liveperson but do not care for the new interface of Kasamba

I have found a number of good experts on Liveperson but I am not interested in psychic readings. Therefore I am not all that interested in having to go to the landing page for Kasamba in order to get to my experts. This change is very distracting. Overall Liveperson is interesting but I would like to see more experts that are not offering psychic readings.

Liveperson is a great service!!

I love how helpful the "experts" can be. They are generally easy to talk too and patient.
