Liveperson is an expensive service that may serve your deepest needs

I am currently using Liveperson to help me with some of the issues I deal with on a day to day basis. It is very expensive - that is the hard part - because to receive proper therapy it takes many appointments. I have encountered several counselors who do seem to have their hearts and minds in the right place. There are some good listening ears on this site, and some well-educated individuals who can help a person quite a bit.

Helping Others Help Themselves

I have been using LivePerson for about 2 years now, corresponding with one of their licensed clinical social workers and the service has helped me to make sense of a very difficult situation. I am infinitely better than I was when I found the service and the ease of having the professional assistance you need, right at your fingertips and from the comfort and privacy of your own home, makes for a wonderful experience.

I am always able to find people to connect with in a meaningful way and makes things happen, to see my future or to clarify issues. And I always leave feeling refreshed and fulfilled, wanting to come back for more information. It is fun and exciting to engage on Liveperson. Nice service

Just got out of a relationship and have been down in the dumps. Instead of waiting another day to speak with a local counselor based on their schedule, I stumbled across livepersons advice site. Was really helpful and convenient to speak to someone online in real-time with live chat support. Person I spoke to was very personable and professional.

help with unanswered questions

I have used livepersons experts for a few years now. All questions that I've asked have been answered. I have used psychics, tutors and a financial advisor. No complaints whatsoever. I've also had great help from their customer support the few times I had questions regarding my account. I really love using them and will continue to do so.

What do you like best about LivePerson? Canned responses are useful as well as the ability to "see" who is on what page of our website at any given point of time. What do you like best about LivePerson? The service is quite stable. I don't ever have to worry about if it is working or not. What do you dislike about LivePerson? They launched a new admin console that is incomplete. Some things have to be adjusted in the old console, while others require the new console.
