Overall its a good experience with LivePerson. My company has been using it since a decade now.. However, there are couple of reports which were good in LivePerson which in LiveEngage its chargeable. Like, login/logout time report. Also, we miss the feature where as an administrator, I can have option to logout a user if I want to. Certain reports and features are really great and meaningful.
