"Great product, easy to install and use"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Very useful, easy to install, easy to use, great reports. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I don't have anything to complain abou the system. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Room in the Moon is a social travel network that introduces you to new friends and helps you to find a place to live when you move to a new city. LiveChat is very easy to use and has helped us a lot to connect with our members.

"Very helpfull, create lots of new stable customers."
What do you like best about LiveChat? Timing of open chats - changing colours. I can see who for a long time waiting for a response. Tags, Tickets - This system makes it really usefull. For bigger companys is soo helpfull that Staffing prediction. Who tryed - knows how great it is, so just try it !! What do you dislike about LiveChat? Possibility to work more with tags. "Integral Customer Service Tool"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Easy interface and management dashboards. I also like that we are able to customize certain features to fit our brand. What do you dislike about LiveChat? It would be helpful if there was a way to enable more than one LiveChat assistant at a time and to somehow sort customers into categories and direct them to the LiveChat assistant who would be best equipped to help them or answer their questions. What do you like best about LiveChat? I love how you can customize the pop ups in a ton of ways. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I wish it would automatically collect the email of anyone who chats with us. Then we would send them an email confirmation so there would be no violation of the canned spam act (or whatever its called). This would save time and effort for both the customer and us. What do you like best about LiveChat? Salesforce integration, proactive chat, ease of use, friendly support, fair cost What do you dislike about LiveChat? There is nothing we dislike about LiveChat. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? It's really important for us to be in contact with the customer (or prospective customer) as soon as they have questions. What do you like best about LiveChat? I am constantly bouncing between devices - desktop, laptop, and iPhone, and LiveChat flows seamlessly between each of them. What do you dislike about LiveChat? It would be nice if it were free. :) But I really believe that you get what you pay for, and I haven't found a free solution that comes close. "Couldn't live without it!"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Fast and easy interface, easy to log chats straight into Zendesk What do you dislike about LiveChat? I enjoy everything I've experienced thus far with LiveChat. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer support at a lower cost than 24/7 phone support. Giving users a "we're RIGHT here!" feeling. Being able to dive deeper into customer challenges as they are having them in our app, not outside of it.
