I like how you not only get a pop up when you are chatted back, but there is also a pinging sound that notifies you of a chat if you are multi tasking on your computer. What do you like best about LiveChat? Since this was used in our busy call-center, it was most beneficial during our high volume seasons. What do you like best about LiveChat? Ease of back end usage and front end design. Also - easy to train staff to use product. What do you dislike about LiveChat?
