"A Real Boon for Our Small Charity"

What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat has enabled our small charity (staff of just three people) to stay in touch with our constituents 24/7. Its integration with Facebook is also a big plus--giving us a social media portal, in addition to our website's connection to LiveChat. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing about LiveChat has impacted us adversely. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Take advantage of the opportunity for a trial of the LiveChat application. ...

"Amazing Chat Tool"

What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat is so incredibly easy to configure and it has great reporting tools. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Needs more integrations. At present, we can integrate with SalesForce Desk, but we'd love to see more integration with customer records in Magento, for example. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: There are others with perhaps better pricing, but we operate as many as 200 stores on one LiveChat account and our users are able to ...

"LiveChat has been a supreme service! Easy and efficient to use! "

What do you like best about LiveChat? Speed, efficiency, visual effect ( seeing customers text before content comes through), Follow up, Summaries, and reporting. What do you dislike about LiveChat? We are satisfied with the entire service at this time. Once in awhile connection fails. Not often. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Great service! Highly recommend. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Product concerns and order status are handled at ...

What do you like best about LiveChat? Simplicity, Interface, flexibility (mobile app, website browser app, windows installed software app), reliable for the most part, good amount of features in lower priced tiers. Fairly easy to deploy. "We have had a lot of success with LiveChat!"

What do you like best about LiveChat? We have had it on our website for over two years now and feel that it has been really successful to generate more business. We use the chat proactively to help answer questions for consumers that may be initially concerned about using our service. We can usually work with them for chat for a few minutes to help answer some immediate questions and then convert them to a phone call. I think it gives people piece of mind knowing there are multiple ways of ...

"Easy and fast way to connect with customers."

What do you like best about LiveChat? The best thing about Livechat is that you can help guest while they are searching the website. The canned responses are very helpful and a quick way to answer general questions. I love the fact that we can assist multiple guests at once. What do you dislike about LiveChat? The main thing that I dislike is the amount of time that is given before the chat is transferred. It can take additional time to get all the information needed for some of guests. ...

"LIVE CHAT"

What do you like best about LiveChat? That I can prescreen what the customer is typing and be prepared to answer their question before they finish typing it in. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I do not like the way that we personally have it setup, but i do not think that's an issue with the software, I think it is just the way that our company has set it up. Instead of each associate having a log in so the customer knows who they are speaking with it is just a generic "Customer ...

"A great product for chatting live with clients."

What do you like best about LiveChat? I really like the real-time conversation. The layout is simple and clear. There is also a record of the chats in case you need to refer back to them. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Occasionally, there are connectivity bumps but they are so rare as to be barely noticeable. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to connect with our clients via the web when the telephone lines are busy. We are also able to ...

"Fast, easy to use and configure"

What do you like best about LiveChat? Configuration options -- we were able to completely customise the colours / style of the popup to suit our product. Ease of inclusion in our website -- very simple to get up and running. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing, really. It does a great job during the day and also after hours by keeping messages. I seem to recall some minor issues with JavaScript in an update but I'm fairly sure that was rectified quickly. Recommendations to others ...

"Great Software for speaking directly to customers in real-time"

What do you like best about LiveChat? I like that I can use it at my desktop, laptop, and on my tablet with seamless access to the same records. It ecourages customers to ask me questions that they'd otherwise not ask! What do you dislike about LiveChat? To answer tickets, I have to CC a different email address or I won't get as copy of what I've sent. When I import it into desk.com, the means every response has an enormous number of line breaks. Integration should be seamless. Also, it ...
