The only real advantage is that you can set a specific time after which the tool goes offline when you show no activity. "Saas Support must have"

What do you like best about LiveChat? I love that I can quickly set myself to away and control how many chats I get at a time. The queued visitors alert is also super helpful in letting you know that customers are waiting. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I sometimes have to reset the salesforce ticket creation login, and it's a pain. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Our customers prefer being able to speak to someone in realtime, chat helps us meet that need.
