What do you like best about LiveChat? I like the options that Live Chart offer with the ability to set so many chats per operator and also the ability to screen share. What do you dislike about LiveChat? There is not much I dislike about this program except that I wish it linked to other ticketing systems, such as Team Support to prevent needs of copy/paste. What do you like best about LiveChat? Simplicity. Implementing Livechat was a breeze. What do you dislike about LiveChat? The desktop app. I opted to uninstall it. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast problem solving with our customers and reduce the number of telephone calls.

What do you like best about LiveChat? Live Chat is an excellent software that allows your website to convert more. We are using Live Chat on our website as Sales and Support to our customers. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I don't like the mobile version of Live Chat, that's the reason we disabled it. What do you like best about LiveChat? I can see what part of my website that they are on. By using that I can invite to a chat and personalize it to what they may need. I've tried to write up responses and save them so I don't have to re-type them each time a customer comes to the site.
