"I like the Live Chat aspect but grouping with Twillio I have to Re Boot Browser OFTEN !!"

What do you like best about LiveChat? I can get Info for around the world quick and get a lot of what they want to do wit and send them what they need. to get the process started. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I can't actually Talk to someone like on the phone to get a better sense of what they really want. "Easy but does a lot"

What do you like best about LiveChat? Live Chat is super easy to implement but still does a lot. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I've had some issues transferring chats between users, could be operator error though. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? It is quick, easy way to connect with both customers and prospects to offer real-time answers.
