What do you like best about LiveChat? What I like best is the support. It is the best support I have ever used. The team is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and quick to respond. We like the ease of use as well and the ability to integrate it as needed with web hooks and the API. What do you dislike about LiveChat? It's not "perfect" for a non-profit dealing with folks that are suicidal, depressed, struggling with mental health issues. We need to keep our agents names anonymous, and so we ...

What do you like best about LiveChat? It is highly customizable and quick responses with predefined answers. What do you dislike about LiveChat? It is expensive but worth every penny Mexico. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: It is very fast and have nice apps. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? More sales in my eCommerce.

"MyLiveChat is great - love their desktop client."
What do you like best about LiveChat? Free and easy to implement and has a chat client - I hate ones that only have a browser based interface. What do you like best about LiveChat? It is a direct conduit to a support team member. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing is all works great. I highly recommend. What do you like best about LiveChat? Integration with our CRM SalesForce was a great addition to LIveChat, loving the constant tweaks and improvements to the dashboard too.
