What do you like best about LiveChat? I like the ability to interact with any user online and also to transfer them to the proper agent if they need additional assistance. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Not sure how it randomly selects who to send a chat to but often it seems like it is not evenly distributed. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping customers in real time and keeping a sale before they leave the website.
