"Quick way for customers to get answers to their questions."

What do you like best about LiveChat? If I am assisting a customer, a colleague can send me information that only I will see. What do you dislike about LiveChat? We haven't been using it long enough to have dislikes, What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers can now reach out to us with quick questions and don't have to wait for a response.

"Great way to provie customer service"

What do you like best about LiveChat? Being able to multitask and assist customers without being on a phone is an added benefit to me. What do you dislike about LiveChat? The only drawback in my opinion is sometimes it takes awhile to connect to a representative. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Im solving being able to communicate with clients more effectively.

What do you like best about LiveChat? I use this for working at home, and I have to say that they are ALWAYS ready. The system is very smart. I have actually never had any problems from this. What do you like best about LiveChat? I really like how easy it is to hop chat to chat via the bubbles. I love that it's super easy to transfer chats to either a whole group or one person. It's super nice to be able to send chat transcripts easily through ZenDesk to customers if requested. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I don't like that there's a lag when typing, so it's incredibly hard to type your fastest speed or accurately. I hate that the bubbles change order when the customers ...

What do you like best about LiveChat? I like the ability to have instant online coorespondence and answers without having to wait on the phone or send an email and wait for response.
