What do you like best about LiveChat? Easy to install. Easy to use. Nice design. There are apps for Mac, iOS, iPad Plenty of customizations Never had a downtime Pricing reasonable Vendor takes care that everything is OK Everything works as it should be. What do you like best about LiveChat? Being able to see what is being typed in order to anticipate a reply for a faster response. What do you dislike about LiveChat? What do you like best about LiveChat? It isn't fast moving and easy to use, no delays! What do you dislike about LiveChat? Takes a few minutes to open and get started. What do you like best about LiveChat? From what I remember LiveChat was integrated in our website as a chat plugin. We only used this for a few months before switching to Tawk.to which is free.
