What do you like best about LiveChat? Allows us to reach leads instantly and help them in their college search. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing significant to complain about, it could certainly be cheaper though. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? It allow sus to instantly connect to leads and provide them with more information about our partner schools.

"Easy installation and lots of pluggins"

What do you like best about LiveChat? I like that there is a lot of pluggins and visually it is really good, the gretting messages per page is awesome. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Licensing and Pricing, hiding the chat widget, better help. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Chat software for a client that wants to get location for the possible buyers.

There's been a handful of times where the connection has gone done. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? We provide live software support and having the chat available 24/7 has been a great success for our business.

"Helps us keep in touch with our customers!"

What do you like best about LiveChat? We have a lot going on. If a customer emails, it takes awhile before he gets an answer we may lose a sale What do you dislike about LiveChat? I don't like that I should have to pay for a seat even though I rarely use the product. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? I believe sales increase when customers can get immediate answers to their questions.

What do you like best about LiveChat? Easy to learn, innovative, nice price. Excellent blog tips. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Push notifications work splendidly, it doesn't use up too much of my battery power (unlike competing products), I don't need to log in every time I launch the app. What do you dislike about LiveChat? "Great service the customer service is top notch and rarely ever has glitches"

What do you like best about LiveChat? The shortcuts are definitely my favorite since I can add my own and edit them after I've entered the code and how fast it appears on my window.
