What do you like best about LiveChat? Easy to use- very simple process. Clients have no issues using livechat and that makes the job easier. It's also very affordable. What do you dislike about LiveChat? While using this product I thought it worked very well. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? office streamlined processes and more questions were being answered. the overall service was increased.

"Unforgiving on slow work."
What do you like best about LiveChat? Being able to see what the user is typing is great! It allows me to prepare an answer before they are even finished their own thought. It also can lead to some pretty funny messages that are typed then erased. What do you dislike about LiveChat? After 10 minutes of no conversation if there is someone in the chat queue it will bring in another chat. This causes most reps more stress because sometimes we will do a screen share and forget to drop out of ...

"Great Simple Interface!"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Live chat is dead simple to use, I am a big fan of products that don't try to do everything, but focus clearly at being the best at one specific thing , and live chat is great at live chat. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I use pre-surveys, and it would be great if I could hide pre-surveys to logged in users. I did not find out how to do that in live chat. What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat is really easy to set up and use, and the customer service is excellent as well. I love the customization options; there is a lot of leeway to make it "your own," as it were. Plus I love the mobile app, which works great. What do you dislike about LiveChat?
