"LiveChat Is Where It's At!"
What do you like best about LiveChat? It's a new, effective, easily managed communication device to interact with our existing and potential clients. We are also using LiveChat as a training device for new and existing staff as the reports and archives allow immediate coaching opportunities. What do you dislike about LiveChat? "LiveChat - it works"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Livechat is functional, it allows me to communicate with customers, I really like being able to see what they're typing as they're typing it, that's pretty awesome! What do you dislike about LiveChat? Livechat doesn't allow me to track chat volume conveniently, I'd love the ability to pull up more dynamic and in-depth reports on chat volume across multiple queues, contrast agents handling the volume, compare two time frames, etc Recommendations to ...

What do you like best about LiveChat? What do you like best about LiveChat? I liked using the programmable canned responses. What do you dislike about LiveChat? The program was slow at times, running and loading. The interface was very plain and lacked any bright colors. You also should put in snake or tetris for me to play with while I am working as I normally was in the mood to blow my brains out. What do you like best about LiveChat? Ability to reach customers in real time, vs waiting on a phone call. Being able to see how soon they can get through etc What do you dislike about LiveChat? Text is always lost in translation from time to time Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Excellent customer tool. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowed to cut down call in time, immediate support for users who are tech savvy.
