What do you like best about LiveChat? The canned chat responses are the best #hashtag. They make the customer service agents job much easier. The missed chats sent to email is a good feature as well. What do you dislike about LiveChat? What do you like best about LiveChat? I like that LiveChat is simple to use and does not confuse customers with unneeded features. The option for customers to send themselves chat transcripts after their conversation with a CS agent is particularly helpful! What do you dislike about LiveChat? What do you like best about LiveChat? I love the way it allows you to resolve issues with customers without using your voice. It gives me the ability to work from home. "Works as advertised"
What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat is a pretty simple chat tool to get support reps up to speed on, it's relatively no frills. Gets the job done. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Wanted it to be more seamlessly integrated with Zendesk. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? LiveChat enabled us to speak with our customers live.

What do you like best about LiveChat? Easy to set up and incorporate with site. Templates are very helpful. Simple and not complicated. What do you dislike about LiveChat? The interface is very robotic looking and not very warm/welcoming. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Make sure you turn on and off when available to chat! "Livechat Inc is a smooth, well refined product"
What do you like best about LiveChat? I have three favorite parts about Livechat Inc. 1) The transition from the desktop to the app is smooth. I frequently find myself on livechat and a visitor will linger for a while. I can leave the computer knowing I won't miss a message. I leave the app running 24/7 on my phone, it's that good. 2) The team stats give me all of the details I want to know and no junk to sort through that I don't care to know.
