What do you like best about LiveChat? As I mentioned earlier, versatility! Plus is it quite easy to install and implement. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing major, really! Since we're a small company in the starting phase - the cost sometimes pinches us. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? We're reaching out to more people in a proactive, engaging way. People feel more comfortable dealing with our organization.

What do you like best about LiveChat? As I mentioned earlier, versatility! Plus is it quite easy to install and implement. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing major, really! Since we're a small company in the starting phase - the cost sometimes pinches us. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about LiveChat? The pop up messaging feature is one of the best features about LiveChat. LiveChat is also quite affordable, even for Small enterprises with the lowest packages starting from $16. Setting up is quite easy with very clear instructions. The application itself is fun to use. What do you like best about LiveChat? Ease of use for customer service agent. The service's ease allows you to focus directly on the customer and not really with you as the agent fussing on your end. What do you like best about LiveChat? I like that they themselves have a live chat and the Salesforce integration What do you dislike about LiveChat? The tickets sometimes don't go into the archives. What do you like best about LiveChat? Extremely user friendly and easy to implement and use. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I can't think of anything I dislike about the program since it's helps us out so much. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Try it out. Very user friendly. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? We work in a large building and the program allows for improved communication among staff and for our clients.

I like that when I have it issues or computer issues I can just log into live chat and have someone help me with my computer when I have trouble What do you dislike about LiveChat?
