What do you like best about LiveChat? Easy to use and navigate through, while broadening communication to stay open and current. It provides instant feedback and provides assistance for more than one person at a time. What do you dislike about LiveChat? It doesn't seem to work well on mobile platforms. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Quality of support can be easily reviewed.

"Great way to keep my customers informed."
What do you like best about LiveChat? the ease of use of the product. message just pops up, and i am ready to answer. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Sometimes the program logs me out automatically. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to provide out customers with real time answers of their questions. without this program, our customers would have to send emails and wait for answers.

What do you like best about LiveChat? I like the fact that I can see where my leads are coming from. This will help when figuring out what advertising options are the best for us. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I am still working on how to approach a lead that has been to our website, when they didnt fill out a form. What do you like best about LiveChat? It is very easy to use. You don't need to be an IT professional to be able to use it. And their support team is very helpful if you have questions. What do you dislike about LiveChat? So far, everything is very good with this software. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Highly recommended to other people with the need. What do you like best about LiveChat? Provides a fantastic user experience due to its polished interfaces and features. What do you dislike about LiveChat? The information could be a bit more detailed. There is also no nice way of hiding the chat window. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Quick communication. "Solid chat option"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Livechat is really straightforward. It only took me a day to train on it. What do you dislike about LiveChat? The interface of this program was a little bit boring. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: This is a very straightforward and easy to use program. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes it is easier to talk to our customers back and forth. Livechat allows us to have multiple chats going at one time.

"LiveChat is the best way to connect with customers fast."
What do you like best about LiveChat? The interface is easy to use and the platform is solid. It doesn't glitch or breakdown and technical support is just a chat away. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Up until recently the only to dislike about LiveChat was that they didn't have a bot platform.
