What do you like best about LiveChat? I like the ease for customers of being able to speak and work together via desktop instead of phone. What do you dislike about LiveChat? What do you like best about LiveChat? It was very easy to see who was on the site and what page they were on. Analytic reports were easy to create because the data was very organized and easy to read. Canned messages were easy to use and assigning tickets to other sales reps was a very helpful tool.
