What do you like best about LiveChat? This chat software is so easy to use and connects fast to both customer and office server What do you dislike about LiveChat? The only dislike is that it must be updated weekly in order to work correctly. Otherwise it lags. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about LiveChat? Setup was easy and training was very helpful. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I don't currently dislike any features of the program. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing better solutions for our customer and agents.

What do you like best about LiveChat? Ease of use, particularly it's integration with Magento. What do you dislike about LiveChat? What do you like best about LiveChat? Ability to help more people out at the same time, quality of support is easy to use, you get instance feedback, convenient with the chat interface, etc. and there are no extra costs for visitor. What do you like best about LiveChat? Easy of set up, use for the agents and relatively inexpensive for a smaller group of agents. What do you dislike about LiveChat?
