"Best Live chat tool"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Works great without issue and I like their technical support team What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing I dislike and I'm happy about everything so far What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Using LiveChat for our customer support has advantage over using phone or email, since we get instant response. We are able to give fast, efficient and real time solutions via Livechat.

What do you like best about LiveChat? The ability to have quick response codes to minimize repetitive typing. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I have to wait until a chat has closed before I am allowed a Chat ID(tracking number) or each time the person re-opens a chat after they have closed one it created a entirely new Chat ID instead of linking the 2 together Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Great response times for your clients that are looking to chat with your company ...

"It's like you are there"
What do you like best about LiveChat? With Live Chat, it is like you are right there with your clients and so much more personal than email. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I wish that instead of having to print a hard copy of the chat, you could automatically receive one to your email once chat ends. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Questions and answers are realtime. No email lagtime.

"Simple live chat software, perfect for our needs!"
What do you like best about LiveChat? We recently started providing live chat support to our website visitors and are so happy we chose LiveChat! The UI is simple and intuitive. We especially love LiveChat's search functionality, detailed reporting, and ability to integrate with Autopilot.
