What do you like best about LiveChat? It's format is set-up like imessages. "Livechat makes big financial sense."
What do you like best about LiveChat? I like how responses to all customer tickets by our agents go directly into the inbox folder of the customer.Ensuring he/she is unlikely to miss the response.Livechat introduced chatbot to us at Interswitch and since we started having our chatbot respond to customers on the website,there has been less pressure and workload on our human customer service agents. What do you like best about LiveChat? Live chat with all your customers now ! Super easy and super effective to help all customers. What do you dislike about LiveChat? There is nothing that I dislike at the moment abou the live chat for customers program. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?
