What do you like best about LiveChat? It's very easy to monitor what users are active on the platform, and stay organized with chats with a queue. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing! What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat is very easy to use and has a great notification system in place to let you know when potential customers come to the sight requesting more information. What do you dislike about LiveChat? It would be really nice if you were able to autoassign unopened tickets to reps based on territory. What do you like best about LiveChat? Customers like being able to get answers quickly. It is a feature I use often on other websites as well, so I knew it'd be a perfect addition to my business. What do you like best about LiveChat? I love how user friendly the program is and I can use it across several platforms What do you dislike about LiveChat? At this time I cannot think of anything that I really dislike. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Definitely give them a chance.
