"Life Chat is AWESOME!!!"
What do you like best about LiveChat? The ease of use.. The App overall is very easy to use, and to navigate through. Alot of the options on the app are self explanatory and are very easy to learn. I was able to teach myself how to use the program almost all by myself. There was no credit card needed for sign up either, which is great. Giving out a credit card number is rather nerve wracking, so not having to hand that out was good. I really like being able to transfer one chat from one ...

"My review after 2 years of use"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Streamlined, However developers are no longer keeping the clients best interest in mind. What do you dislike about LiveChat? No ticket delete function, Ineffective spam system (sent all work orders to spam cost us thousands) Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Do not use, they will cost you thousands if not millions. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Great customer support when it used to work

What do you like best about LiveChat? I enjoy the Livechat app because its very customizable. It allows for auto-responses which is very helpful for hours you aren't open.
