"Pro LiveChat"

What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat is great at allowing the opportunity to assist multiple customers at a time. What do you dislike about LiveChat? While the multitasking aspect is great, it does have a tendency to freeze at times. Hard reboot is sometimes needed. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? It's easy to learn and get the hang of. After using other similar platforms, LiveChat is hands down the most user friendly.

"The best customer service live chat service."

What do you like best about LiveChat? Connect instantly with knowledgeable agents. We are able to assist customers with many different needs without having to come into an office. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Not having an answer and having to forward the customer or return a call. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping customers decide which product they will be purchasing. And help set up any service they may need.

"Live Chat - better than holding"

What do you like best about LiveChat? You don't have to pick up the phone and be put on hold; you just converse directly on your pc What do you dislike about LiveChat? there are some queue times. I think that when someone is on hold, it should still show actively open What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Less time on phone; multitasking is possible with more than one chat

What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat compared to phone support it's easier for your staff to know all the answers because they can just quickly ask colleagues if they get a tricky question. The customer won't even notice it. LiveChat that is usually faster than phone support where you usually have to have to go through cumbersome menus.
