What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat compared to phone support it's easier for your staff to know all the answers because they can just quickly ask colleagues if they get a tricky question. "My experience using Live Chat"

What do you like best about LiveChat? For the most part it’s a very easy interface to chant back and forth with the customers that needs immediate assistance and is not able to wait for the customer service support over the phone What do you dislike about LiveChat?
