What do you like best about LiveChat? I like that the platform is built to be synchronous to offer real-time solutions. The live chat feature made it possible for people to get questions answered and issues resolved in a matter of minutes. What do you dislike about LiveChat? What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat is well designed and has appealing aesthetics which makes using it pleasurable. It also has lots of features such as a helpdesk and even a chatbot that is integrated within.
