It’s the best choice for me and my business.
PROS: LiveChat is the ideal live chat and help desk software. Not only does it bridge the communication gap between me and my customers, but its reporting aspect is top-notch too. For instance, I can surface tickets by age to dig up unaddressed issues. It processes raw data into insightful—and more importantly, actionable—steps to help move my business forward. As a bonus, the platform is aesthetically pleasing. The neat design makes it easy for me to navigate its dashboard.

"Live chat is one of the best softwares I have used for customer support."
What do you like best about LiveChat? I like that the user interface is very computer literate friendly. The menu items and options are easily and readily accessible.
