What do you like best? Live Agent configuration can be done in few easy steps, and hence a hassle-free start. The email conversions to tickets is very attractive feature and makes the tracking quite easy. Other interesting and helpful features are its SLAs, Rules, customizable filters and departmental categorizations which is really useful in organized lookout. What do you like best? I love how with live agent customers request are based on priority sometimes customers with priority questions will be helped out first . What do you like best? I have not had much review with the product that is listed with that being said this product provides a different experience than of Dropbox paper What do you dislike? I dislike that live agent is not a Versatel than other products that provide a better experience for the user. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Live agent is intuitive and efficient to use. Its easy to see all the customer information and very useful when busy to be able to see what the customer is typing as they type which gives the agent that few extra seconds to look up product information and just makes the whole chat quicker and more efficient. The setting was easy and the automation options help a lot.

What do you like best? I tried using different applications for Customer Service and the setup was extremely complicated (and irrational sometimes and it was so difficult I never got to the part that I needed, answer tickets. With LiveAgent the setting was easy, the price is really low and it helps a lot to keep track of the cases for my company. What do you dislike?
