What do you like best? It's easy to understand and deals specialists are useful. What do you dislike? You need to get a website specialist for custom css. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to navigate and how helpful it is. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes so far. As I continue to use it I will add further details. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Issues I may have with future clients and current ones. Usually technical support issues. Also help with live chat.

What do you like best? Live agent is very much useful for us. This gives a best customer service across the world. The configuration is very easy and its packed with customizable option. Great system - very intuitive
What do you like best? The dashboard is terrific and gives a quick overview What do you dislike? That your alias can not be used in emails - only chats. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? LiveAgent allows me to offer premium customer support. I appreciate the flexibility in the pricing - you can deselect knowledgebase and other features and add when needed.

LiveAgent is good.
What do you like best? LiveAgent is very descriptive. There is a lot of information visible and can appeal to certain workers. What do you dislike? There seems to many tabs to access, I would prefer a simpler layout. Recommendations to others considering the product: Will most likely have everything you need. Simple yet effective
What do you like best? I like how simple it is to keep track of every customer interaction and email. What do you dislike? Reports are not that intuitive and could be better. Recommendations to others considering the product: Automations are simple, effective and very flexible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making sure every email gets answered and automating replies and followups.
